Needed to have AAA tow in my 02 Jeep Wrangler. Turned out there was spark plug fouling and heavy carbon in the cylinders. Also found several leaks in the valve cover, rear differential and radiator. About a month ago I brought my car into The Auto Repair place, unfortuently when I went I ran into some problems the first time around. I ended up getting a call from the owner to sort things out and he took WONDERFUL care of me! His customer service is beyond amazing and even threw me in free windshield wipers today when I picked up my car! That totally took me off guard! I suddenly broke down one morning near the auto repair place. Called Paul and he gave me the name of a tow company. When I got the car to Paul it took him a couple of hours to look at it. Then he quickly diagnosed the issue (cracked radiator). They got the parts quickly and got all the work done before they closed that day so I could have my car back.
