I suddenly broke down one morning near the auto repair place. Called Paul and he gave me the name of a tow company. When I got the car to Paul it took him a couple of hours to look at it. Then he quickly diagnosed the issue (cracked radiator). They got the parts quickly and got all the work done before they closed that day so I could have my car back.
