I live I Rochester, NY. My son is in college in Boulder, His car needed towing and ended up at The Auto Repair Place. I dealt with Mike over the phone from NY. He was professional, courteous and thorough when describing the car problems. Given the age of the car, Mike thought it might not be worth fixing. Since I was in another state, I appreciated his honesty when he could have tried to sell me more services. When my son gets another car he will be taking it to The Auto Repair Place for service.
